This week I had the pleasure of sharing my keynote

This week I had the pleasure of sharing my keynote with the lovely Asia-Pacific NTT Data Sales Team. Exploring how we use data in Motorsport to accelerate performance in extreme, variable & high pressure environments and how a high performing team is built on purpose, trust and collaboration.

As the legendary Mario Andretti said; “if everything is under control you’re not going fast enough”. I love the challenge of continually trying to find a new limit and all the elements needed to put that together.

Also some great heat acclimatisation training! ☀️
