The hardest exercise is easily the last one 😂🫠.

Pretty wild to see all these clips side by side! Very fortunate to have been able to move throughout the last 9 months and the aim is to keep it going for the final couple of weeks. Not in the same way and despite feeling frustrated many a time, this experience has taught me a lot about listening to my body that I know will only make me stronger 💪

A few years ago Dan & I decided to take some steps to hopefully help us manage my career & future family plans by freezing some embryos. One thing that was important to us in our doco was to have the personal and vulnerable conversations because I think this is something we need to talk about more. Beyond grateful to have so much support and options to do what is right for us 🫶. And feels crazy watching this back now sitting here 9 months pregnant with a whole new chapter ahead of us!
